Offline license activation

If your analysis machine does not have an internet connection then you can activate your license offline with the following steps:

1. Enter your licence holder name, email address and licence key into the software when prompted. Please ensure you enter the licence holder name and email address as stated in your purchase confirmation email.
2. Select the option to activate manually and click Next.
3. Copy the Activation Code generated by the software to a machine that has internet access.
4. Log in to the following web page and submit the Activation Code in the box at the bottom of the page:

5. An Activation Key will then be emailed to you (this is usually instant but may take up to 24 hours).
6. Once you receive the Activation Key by email copy it over to your analysis machine and enter it into the software to activate the license.

Offline licenses must be reactivated each time your subscription is renewed.
