End-User Licence Agreement for Browser History Examiner ("Product"), including any associated media and accompanying on-line or printed documentation and also any future versions, patches or updates.

By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE.

(a) Installation and Use

A single licence allows you to install and use the Product on a single computer only. Other users in your organisation may use the Product providing it complies with Section 1 (a).

(b) Backup Copies

No copies of the Product should be made unless solely for backup & recovery purposes

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

(a) Distribution.

You may not redistribute the Product or any portions of the Product

(b) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the Product in any way.

(c) Rental.

You may not rent, lease, or lend the Product

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL FOXTON SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF FOXTON SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
